Private Estate

This Neoclassical-revival manor, designed by architect Mott B. Schmidt in 1926, was built for the Astor family.

The fieldstone-and-slate estate is undergoing a complete overhaul today. Our work consists of removing, restoring, Bi-Glassing, and reinstalling all windows using insulated restoration glass as well as rebalancing all the windows on weights and pulleys.
